Elastic series of photographs 3d objects bend and spring while in space encompassing variety and change. They are resilient works and together can be seen as a sculpture garden. A flexible look at spontaneous shapes, physics and kinetic energy juxtaposing color and formal aesthetics. The series of macro photographs can be grouped or seen individually. The playful shapes and vibrant colors elevate the viewer to a joyful state of mind. This project is a collaboration with Ellen Kahn, Dorothy Handelman and Steven Salzman. All images in the series are a hybrid of sculpture and photography.
